Do not use PDE5 inhibitors with nitrates or guanylate cyclase stimulators because the combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. Tell your provider about every medical condition, medication, vitamin, and supplement you take.

Apomorphine is a dopamine agonist, but its FDA-approved labeling is for Parkinson’s disease—not ED. Oxytocin’s FDA-approved labeling does not establish a libido indication. Both remain proposed HARDMD ingredients pending Bask, pharmacy, and provider review.
